Returns
We accept return on products. Customers have the right to apply for return within 30 days after delivery.
Before you start your return, here's a few things you need to know

● Only items purchased in the last 30 days for non-prescription products and within 14 days from delivery for prescription products are eligible for returns

● Items purchased on our final sale are not eligible for returns

● Items must be unworn (a quick try on is fine of course)

Refunds

 A return fee of $6.5 will be removed from your refund

●Frames with Rx (prescription) lenses are custom made, thus a 50% of order value re-stocking fee will be deducted from your refund to cover associated costs. This fee does not apply to "Frame Only" purchases.

CANCELLATION

We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If you want to cancel your order please contact us at info@donahugheyewear.com within 2 hours after you placed the order by sending us an email from your registration email. If the order is cancelled you will get a full refund, but due to the specialized nature of the prescription lens , we may still charge the 50% of the lens after 12 hours of payment. We cannot cancel the order if the product has already been shipped out.
